We explore each of the eight intelligences in depth and learn to call forward the highest capacities and genius in ourselves and in the field around us. ELM is a year-long journey including five immersive retreats across twelve months, that develops the inner architecture of genuine leadership.
Participants emerge with a quality of presence that reads systems, holds vision under pressure, bridges what appears irreconcilable, and calls forward the highest capacities in those around them.
They leave with a transformed way of being, one that changes how they lead, relate, and exist in the world.

Hey, my name is Alonzo, and I recently had the chance to graduate from the Evocative Leadership Mastery Programme. When I got into this programme, I had already gone through the Co-Active leadership programme, and I had already been selected to be a front room leader for both Co-Active CTI and ORSC. I had a good life, and was coaching and leading, facilitating. But I was only doing it half heartedly.
What I looked for the Evocative Leadership Programme to do for me was to deepen into my leadership, to deepen who I really am as a full leader. I found that throughout DNA results, that 30% of my DNA is from Europe, and I denied this for very long time.
The Evocative Leadership Programme helped me to reconcile myself with those roots. It’s a very individualised programme in the sense that you work on whatever you need to work to become a better leader. There’s no one single day in my life that I don’t wake up and use creation intelligence, to fill my life with sun, energy and support myself in all my relations; with myself, with my body, with my wife, with my kids, my clients.
And every day, I always look into how can I use the other intelligences I learned in this programme to support better my clients, support better my family, and just to have a better way of living, a better world for me and for everybody that surrounds me. It has been a great experience.
I really enjoyed living every day of my life with a lot of curiosity, discovering every day something new, not taking anything for granted, but living every day fully. This sounds probably to you like a lot of BS, believe me, it’s not. You have to really live it to know what it is. And for us to be able to transform our world, we need people, men and women, who are equipped, both internally and externally, to be able to respond to what our world needs. And that is where the ELM comes in. The programme is structured around intelligences, and organised around five, six day retreats held by an incredible faculty, or leadership or facilitation team, that are equipped to hold space for deep and powerful transformation.
And from my own point of view, I refer to ELM as the programme that keeps giving, because although it has been a number of years since I graduated from the programme, the learning from that programme and the resources that housed within me are constantly unleashed in all areas of my life, but especially in the work that I do out in the world.
And so if you are wondering about what’s next for you, if this is the right programme for you, I would invite you to reach in and ask yourself what your needs are at this time, and if you are needing resources that will ground you deeply in the midst of what I would call the liminal times that we are in, and also equip you with resources to step boldly into the world, to make differences, changes and differences, in different aspects of of our society. This is the right programme for you. I would say, do not hesitate in signing up, and you will not regret it in anyway.
On the other side of the programme, I feel so much more centred and that my own place is well defined, in my family system, in my community, in the world, and in the universe.
I can’t recommend it highly enough. It is challenging and beautiful, thought provoking and filled with wonder. It has changed me in the best ways, and changed how I see the world. I am so grateful. I wish the same experience for you and for all.
And in this short video, I want to give you a little bit of insight about my experience of this training programme and the impact that this programme has on me. The Evocative Leadership Mastery training was an experience that deepened my understanding of who I am as a leader and how I can evoke the highest potential in myself and in others.
Leadership starts from within. Throughout this journey, I learned to command my own state of being, which means for me, no matter what the circumstances are to be able to show up balanced, rooted and open and to stay connected to my purpose. Being able to walk in life in this way makes such a big difference. And through this training, I feel more prepared than ever to bring this mindset into my whole work and into my whole life.
Through the Evocative Leadership Mastery training, I have gained approaches, new approaches and tools that help me to read situations, to understand the dynamics that are at play, and to identify blockages. So I look at situations with a lens that helped me to stay rooted and focused on my own purpose, and this has changed the way I collaborate with others, and how I lead others, and how I lead my projects and my work and my life.
I’m applying this approach and this lens to myself as a person, to my relationships, to the executives that I’m coaching, to the groups that I’m coaching and leading. I feel that I’m more present, more intentional, more impactful in my work and in my life, since I have adopted this approach. So if you’re looking for a leadership experience that challenges, inspires and transforms, I highly recommend this journey.
