Emotional Cleansing in Warm Icelandic River

Emotional Cleansing in Warm Icelandic River

Hello. I’m in a warm river in Iceland. It’s geothermal water, heated by the earth, by the volcanoes in the earth. And you know I just feel like life is so hard when you’re just lying here, warm water, total relaxation, surrounded by the elements.

I’m holding a group in an initiation with the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water. And we’ve come to this power place to take the water and to cleanse, especially our emotional body, you know the water that reflects our emotion.

So we’re all releasing all the negative self-talk, the self-concepts that have been holding us back. Just letting the water wash it all away.

And actually, there’s nothing really left to do, but be in this water. Here’s the landscape around. Up here. Sun, mountain, beautiful, beautiful. People just really relaxing, enjoying themselves.

But you don’t need to come to Iceland or come to a geothermal river. Lovely as it is to be out in nature. You can also release in the shower or in the bath, just letting go of any emotional ideas, thoughts about yourself that have been holding you back.

Beautiful practice to let the water wash, not only your body, physical body, but your emotional body, so you can come clean as a clean, clear child of the Mother Earth. Blessings from Iceland.
