Meditating with a Flower to Raise your Mood and Vibration

Meditating with a Flower to raise your mood and vibration.

Hi. It’s a beautiful day here in Southern England. Spring is on the way, and the flowers are coming out.

Hello, I’m Carlos. I’m a carrier of Ancient Earth Wisdom, and I want to show you a practice of meditating with a flower, really giving it attention. And this practice, I find it can really raise your resonance, because of the beauty of communing with the essence of the flower.

So here’s some flowers in a vase. It’s best to do this with a live flower, not a plastic one, and not with a screen, but to actually sit with the essence of this flower.

First of all, I’m really noticing all the detail. Really, really look at the flower. I’m taking in things I hadn’t noticed before, like the glistening on the petals, the light and dark, different shades.

Really try and notice all the detail. Maybe spend as much as 10 minutes just noticing everything about the flower. If your attention wanders, simply bring it back to the flower and really drop in to communing with the essence of this beauty that we call a flower, we call it a daffodil. But it’s a mystery of life. It’s a come from the earth, and it’s like the flowering of our own consciousness. This flower kind of symbolises that.

So take time with this. Come into a deeper state of consciousness with the flower. And after some minutes, then I allow my eyes to go into a kind of blurry, soft focus. It’s almost like you’re allowing the essence of the flower to come into you.To remind you of the beauty in your core, essence, the essence of the flower, the essence of you, are one.

Just allow this to really feed your soul. So often we just put flowers there and walk past them. Get on with our busy lives. But to actually take time to really focus on this mysterious beauty.

Thank you.
